If You’re a Monster and You Know It…

This lesson is part of a learning unit about the unique abilities of paper. Students drew inspiration from the book “If You’re a Monster and You Know It”, by Rebecca Emberley and Ed Emberley, to create their own monsters from cut paper. Students chose colors to represent the mood of their monsters. In the process of monster building students learned how to cut multiple objects at once and how to layer punched paper to create unique texture for their monster’s skin.
